Hello, and welcome! I’m Jen, the heart and hands behind Trailhead Wellness. So glad you stopped by!
My Journey
My wellness journey is deeply personal, rooted in the people I love most. Watching my dad struggle with his physical health as he aged was a powerful wake-up call. It ignited my drive to protect my mobility so I can travel the world, hike beautiful trails, and have the physical freedom to see and do all the things that bring me joy!
But physical capability is only half the story. Through deep, personal experience navigating mental health challenges within my family, I learned firsthand that we cannot separate the mind from the body. True healing requires us to care for both.
These experiences profoundly shaped my approach to wellness. Today, I blend integrative nutrition, joyful movement, and the energetic healing of Reiki to help you build a resilient body and a peaceful mind.
I created Trailhead Wellness because navigating your health shouldn't be a solo trek. We all carry heavy backpacks filled with stress, physical changes, and daily demands. As a Health Coach and Reiki Master, my vision is to provide a safe place for you to set that weight down and empower you to make sustainable, lifelong changes.
My Approach
I am a Certified Reiki Master and a Health Coach (currently completing my certification with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition). My mission is to help you discover your unique path and reconnect with your inner compass.
Trailhead Wellness is a proudly inclusive, affirming space, and I am a dedicated ally to the LGBTQ+ community. Whether you are seeking deep relaxation and balance through Reiki, or looking forward to transforming your daily habits through my upcoming health coaching programs, I am here to hold a safe space for your unique journey.
Off the Trail
When I’m not in the studio, you can usually find me line dancing with friends, exploring parks, camping under the stars, paddling creeks and lakes, running a fun race, volunteering at pride events, cooking up new recipes, or enjoying an undisclosed amount of ice cream.
I can't wait to walk this path with you.
See ya on the trail!
