Community Guidelines & Event Policies

To keep our group outings safe, respectful, and organized, please take a moment to review our event procedures, cancellation policies, and participation requirements.

Medical Disclaimer / Scope of Practice

Trailhead Wellness provides integrative health coaching and Reiki energy healing designed to support your overall well-being. I am a health and wellness coach, not a licensed medical doctor, registered dietician, or therapist. The coaching services, information, and resources provided are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease. Our work together is meant to complement, not replace, the professional medical advice of your healthcare team. Always consult with your primary care physician before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or lifestyle.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Our time and commitment to this journey is valuable. When you book a coaching session, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will result in a forfeit of that session. I understand that genuine emergencies and sudden illnesses happen, and those will be handled on a case-by-case basis,

Confidentiality

Creating a safe, judgment-free space is essential to our work together. Everything we discuss in our 1:1 coaching sessions is held in the strictest confidence. Your personal journey, challenges, and goals will never be shared without your explicit permission. Trailhead Wellness utilizes Gemini for website inspiration and ChatGPT for organizing program materials. Your privacy is always protected—no personal client data is ever shared with these tools, and all coaching sessions remain strictly confidential.

Communication Boundaries

To ensure I can show up fully for all of my clients, I maintain healthy boundaries around communication outside of our scheduled sessions. I am available to answer quick questions or provide support via email during my regular office hours: Monday – Friday, 3pm - 7pm. I aim to respond to all messages within 24 to 48 business hours. If you reach out over the weekend, I look forward to connecting with you when I return to the office.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payment for coaching packages or individual sessions is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on the calendar. Because coaching is a highly personalized process that requires your active participation and commitment, I do not offer refunds on completed sessions or partially used packages. If you ever have concerns about our work together, please let me know so we can adjust our approach and get you back on the right trail.
